Overview
FIXTET is an online tools platform operated by MATJO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZE LLC. The first tools are designed so you can use them in your browser without creating an account.
Content you enter into tools
Invoice drafts, including an optional logo and signature, stay in your browser’s local storage on this device. QR drafts stay in this browser tab’s session storage. Resume drafts, including an optional photo, stay in your browser’s local storage on this device. FIXTET does not save those drafts on a server unless you sign in and choose to save them to your account. We do not put invoice, QR, or resume contents into Stripe payment metadata.
Files you download
When a tool lets you download a PDF or image, that file is created on your device. FIXTET does not receive a copy of the generated file as part of basic tool use.
Payments
Paid Premium unlocks use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment. FIXTET receives a payment session confirmation so it can unlock the matching export. Payment metadata is limited to product identifiers. Stripe may process information needed to complete checkout according to Stripe’s own terms.
Technical data needed to run the site
Hosting and content-delivery systems may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and the URL you visit. We do not use those logs to reconstruct the text you type into a tool.
Cookies
FIXTET uses first-party cookies and similar storage that are needed to run the site. They are not advertising cookies, and they keep working if you reject analytics. If you choose a language in the site language menu, we store that choice in a first-party cookie named fixtet-locale. If you sign in, first-party authentication cookies keep your session and protect the sign-in flow. After a successful guest QR Premium or Resume Premium payment, a short-lived first-party cookie (fixtet_qr_premium or fixtet_resume_premium) unlocks that export in this browser. Your Accept or Reject analytics choice is stored in a first-party cookie named fixtet-consent; it only stores that preference. Locale-prefixed URLs such as /en or /fr remain the public addresses of each language. We do not use fingerprinting. We use a country code supplied by our hosting platform on the request itself to decide whether to show the cookie banner, and we store only a first-party policy flag named fixtet-consent-region with the value required or optional. We do not store the country code or your IP address in that cookie, and we do not send your IP address to a separate geolocation vendor for that decision.
Analytics
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — or when our hosting platform does not give us a reliable country code — we ask before using optional analytics. Elsewhere we may use the same optional analytics unless you already chose Reject optional. Rejecting optional analytics does not sign you out, remove a guest premium unlock, or delete invoice, resume, or QR drafts. If optional analytics is on, FIXTET uses Vercel Web Analytics, a small set of product events such as which tool was opened or which file format was downloaded, and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits on FIXTET pages. Events do not include invoice contents, resume text, photos, names, contact details, payment identifiers, Job Tailor text, or the data encoded in a QR code. We do not send this analytics from public QR redirect pages (/q/…). We do not use session replay. Analytics is not sent from local development. FIXTET does not grant Google advertising cookies or ad personalization in this configuration. If optional analytics is off, we do not load Google Analytics and we do not send Vercel Web Analytics or those product events. This page describes how FIXTET is built; it is not legal advice.
Children
FIXTET is not directed at children. Do not use the tools to submit information about a child if you are not permitted to do so.
Changes
If our practices change — for example if a future feature saves work to an account — we will update this page before that feature is offered.
