Overview
FIXTET is an online tools platform operated by MATJO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZE LLC. The first tools are designed so you can use them in your browser without creating an account.
Content you enter into tools
Invoices stay in the browser for the current session and are not written to local storage. QR content is generated in the browser, except when you start an explicit payment checkout. Resume drafts, including an optional photo, stay in your browser’s local storage on this device. Resume text is sent to the server only if you start an explicit AI action that is configured to run. We do not put invoice, QR, or resume contents into Stripe payment metadata.
Files you download
When a tool lets you download a PDF or image, that file is created on your device. FIXTET does not receive a copy of the generated file as part of basic tool use.
Payments
Paid Premium unlocks use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment. FIXTET receives a payment session confirmation so it can unlock the matching export. Payment metadata is limited to product identifiers. Stripe may process information needed to complete checkout according to Stripe’s own terms.
Optional AI
Optional AI features are off unless they are configured. If you start an explicit AI action, only the text needed for that action is sent to the configured provider. If AI is not configured, the action is unavailable and no resume is sent to a model.
Technical data needed to run the site
Hosting and content-delivery systems may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and the URL you visit. We do not use those logs to reconstruct the text you type into a tool.
Cookies
FIXTET does not use advertising cookies. If you choose a language in the site language menu, we store that choice in a first-party cookie named fixtet-locale so future visits can keep your selection. Locale-prefixed URLs such as /en or /fr remain the public addresses of each language. We do not use fingerprinting.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled in production, FIXTET uses Vercel Web Analytics plus a small set of product events, such as which tool was opened or which file format was downloaded. Events do not include invoice contents, resume text, photos, names, contact details, or the data encoded in a QR code. We do not use session replay. Analytics is not sent from local development.
Children
FIXTET is not directed at children. Do not use the tools to submit information about a child if you are not permitted to do so.
Changes
If our practices change — for example if a future feature saves work to an account — we will update this page before that feature is offered.
